Ladies
and gentlemen I stand in front of you today to safely state that in the team’s
44 year history we have a good story to tell.
Since
our formation we have amassed and won each and every title, silverware on offer
in this country.
To
cement this stand last night was a watershed moment in our bid to cement our
place in history as the most successful team in this country.
It
is a fact that we are 6 points ahead, it is a fact that we have 75% of the
national team players, it is a fact that our goalie is the captain of the team
and what more can we say.
Our
die-hard supporters are all over the country and continent however we do not
hand out free t-shirts and do door to door campaigns. Our service delivery is
evident in the log you shall see all over the media.
We
do not have a manifesto, we do not bus people to our matches for free to show
our mettle and strength, however we fill up venues everywhere we play.
This
season we are contesting for three titles, Nedbank Cup, Premiership and the CAF
Champions League. Ladies and gentlemen we have a good story to tell.
In
our formation there are no factions and corruption except (Bobby Motaung of
course) but… so as we enter this journey to continue the glory let us embrace Kingston
Nkhatha's workhorse mentality and Bernard Parker's sniper wit along with other
players contributions.
This
is a good story; no fake no plastic, no mediocrity only black and yellow carpet
rolled out.
