adidas let 500 fans show their #allinPirates support

Written By Unknown on Sunday, March 16, 2014 | Sunday, March 16, 2014

Yesterday a group of Orlando Pirates fans showed their dedicated support through an adidas-organised stunt during the Soweto Derby between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium.

These die-hard fans were all winners of a competition hosted on the adidas Orlando Pirates online hub, allinPirates.co.za.

They were treated to half-way line tickets to watch the tense tussle between these two Soweto juggernauts but were also equipped with shirts depicting the legendary "amathambo" or skull and crossbones, synonymous with Bucs fans.

At key moments during the game all winning fans unveiled their bones in a coordinated display of their support.

The online hub will continue to host exclusive Orlando Pirates content and adidas will select the #allinPirates fan of the week each week, rewarding them with exclusive prizes.
