Doctor Khumalo and Ace Khuse had a 12 unbetean run when they were relieved of the coaching job at Kaizer Chiefs.
We need to start having confidence in our local coaches and the statements attributed to the Chairman are indeed disturbing to say the least.
The only thing he needs to do is take Bobby Motaung and relegate him to a ball boy position. Since he took over, we have been in trouble on and off the field.
We are changing coaches like some team in Pretoria and look at where they are. When Mushin Ertugral took over he released a lot of players who had a successful stint on the pitch and we cried foul, but Bobby didn’t listen to us, the people who make the brand.
And now we will get a coach with no experience in South African football who will try and change our style of football. He might believe like Muhsin, on young blood and we will lose the likes of Jimmy Tau, Arthur Zwane, Tinashe Nengomasha, etc.
I see the same thing happening all over again, winning all our pre-season games, drawing 11 and struggling to win the rest with a thin squad of players who don’t like the coach.
LOCAL COACH PLEASSSSSSEEEEE!

LOCAL IS JAIL TIME
No,no,no local is not good trust me. Yes it is the best we have but not competative.Yes we made a good start in soccer but stalles along the way. To get back we must go back and ketchup with history first then later we can sustain a good claim that local is sweeter. I am very happy you asked where we got stuck. Kaizer came back and started Kaizer Chiefs and Jomo came back and started Cosmos. These were their entire life time earnings yet they gave it to South Africa by starting teams. Yes they knew all could go to the drain and many atimes it did but they were visionaries and here we are today hosting a world cup. Let me ask you a question. How many players have gone overseas since then? I am glad you said the list is longer and may I add many have made far more money than Jomo and Kaizer. Have they followed the footsteps of their legends? No, they pocketed all the money and gave here and there for tax brake purposes and no doubt many are dam broke already, the glory has departed. Would it be history had Lucas come back and started ateam instead of telling us he will go back to Leeds when he did not make team manager fot 2010? Would it be great for Quinton Fortune, Mark Williams, Philimom Masinga,Thomas Madigage, Pitso Mosimane, Doctor Khumalo, Mark Fish and the rest. No wonder today you have Ajax in South Africa. No wonder who took over the Birds. Everybody wants to keep all the money they made across the ocean and use us as pension fund by local coaching. No we must go back fortybyears ago and own all these teams even those in vodacom. No wonder you have people questioning Kaizer. I am a real rival of Kaizer Chiefs but for years I have marvelled at the professionalism of their administration. Remember those derbies at FNB stadiums they filled more than half of the stadia. Here lately we lost Gift, Mbulelo and Vilakazi. They have exceptional gifts and it will take too long to replace them. Hope those at the top can mentor Pienaar, Benny, Mbazo, and now Teko. You cannot go wrong if you walk on the foot prints of your fathers. You see Bamuza is on his way again. Kaizer Jr is on track. Well granted 2010 willbring us great resources and The mother has put it well "economic freedom for the youth". Had we followed the pattern of Jomo and Kaizer right now we could wake up and woop Nigeria and Cameroon put together just like you have three carbian countries forming one national team. Well we got the style and by that I mean our suppoter outfit is great but we are yet to get the substance and by that I mean wisdom, knowledge is no longer good enough.
Kae Kapa Kae, peace out
