There is a reason they call me Mr. Know it ALL, and to live up to my name, I am taking this opportunity to give free advice to some of my dear friends in football, here goes:Thinking ahead – SAFA
I do not often get on to the anti SAFA bandwagon, but I will make an exception today, why is Pitso the assistant coach at Bafana Bafana? Is SAFA earmarking Pitso as a future national coach? Well there is nothing wrong with that at all, but I would suggest that in addition to his responsibilities he be made the under 23 national coach, this would assist him in asserting his style to the future national team players and off course bridge that huge divide between under 23s and Bafana Bafana, under Steve Khompela, these players have most likely learned to construct English sentences rather than the art of football, SAFA, think ahead mense.
Thinking ahead – Mamelodi Sundowns
Is Sundowns going to be buying players again in January? I hope not, for the sake of the players themselves, I would suggest they do the opposite in fact, how about sending Kurt Lenjties to a PSL team that will utilize him, he is such a good player, it is an injustice to have him rotting on the bench, the same can be said for Fanyana Dladla. How about releasing Manqoba Ngwenya and Lungisani Ndlela once and for all? Please dudes, think ahead. By the way, your fans are not impressed with your new gear at all; I have not seen a single one make a plan, think ahead.
Thinking ahead – Orlando Pirates
The Orlando stadium is almost finished, it is a magnificent piece of work, right stark in the middle of Soweto, It is said Pirates own shares in the management company of the Ellis Park precinct, well that is nice but, Pirates must really consider playing at this stadium, it is their original home and the original football mecca. Khumbula eKhaya Bhakaniya.
Thinking ahead – Kaizer Chiefs
I really feel for the Chiefs management, their fans are really demanding, sometimes a bit unreasonably, it is like the spoilt children who throw themselves down in supermarkets demanding everything on the shelves, Chiefs won the MTN 8, well others will argue that they bumped into the MTN8 but all things considered, they won a CUP, two weeks later, supporters were saying they have no quality, now this thinking ahead session is for the fans, Fans please budget for some loses, there are some games where you will win, and there are some games where you will be beaten, there are possibilities that you will lose more games than you will win but the opposite is likelier, so please guys, think ahead lest we start saying Chiefs does not have quality fans.
