Rudi Krol and the Sea Robbers will get on the N4 tomorrow for their vital clash with the High flying Birds this coming weekend. Many Bucks faithful are starting to believe the team is on track, and they are praying that the Captain would not be apologizing on the team website come next week.
Swallows on the other side will be hoping Radebe is in the ventilating form He showed against his former team, Kaizer Chiefs. Now what’s interesting for me is a scenario, where Pirates loses this game. What happens then after Seema has apologized?
Chiefs and Pirates supporters are not very patient with the coach when they loose. It’s been sometime that Pirates lifted anything Significant, unless you believe Moqhaka Cup, or whatever its name is, is significant. Now the closest thing they won to a Major or recognisable trophy is the Charity Cup, and we know that the importance of that cup is for all of us to Support Charity. So at the end of the day on that occasion, only Charity organisations benefit a lot.(Not that Pirates is one since it benefited).
This Telkom Cup might engrave Rudi Krol in the hearts of those longing to go back to glory days, should He win it. Should He loose this game, there will be just too much Pressure on him come the real derby against Chiefs. He would be forced to win at all costs against the Amakhosi, or like Trott Moloto, find himself with a manager, at training the following week.
I truly do not believe in the formation that the Pirates Mentor trusts so much, but for his own sake I wish He wins against Swallows.
