Bafana coach Gordon Igesund’s approach seems will be to “Expose Central African
Republic (CAR) in their full backs”.
Central
African Republic (CAR) won’t be seating at the back, they will all out leaving
some spaces at the back. In this squad "Mr. Tactician" has players
who can do that exact job for him on both left and right flank.
If
Igesund would want to attack with all flanks, then he will have to throw in
both Thuso “Continental” Phala and Tlo “Gau-Train” Segolela. Both players have
pace and can expose any defender in the world. And Richard “Fast-forward” Henyekane
be introduced on the second half.
With
May Mahlangu and Dean Furman on the center circle splitting those killer and
million-dollar passes. And with captain Itumeleng Khune distributing those accurate ball on
both flanks surely CAR full backs will have to pack their bus else they will
find themselves chasing the shadow the whole 90 min.
