Coach Neeskens must rest Sandilands

Coach Johan Neeskens must rest certain players to be certain, Wayne Sandilands;  it’s either he leaves his line early or sometimes late and goes for balls that are clearly far from him such are the balls that are clearly to be contested by the defence.

He must be given rest to reflect on his performance. 98% of conceded goals are due to his miscalculation. To tell the honest fact Esrom Nyandoro played better than those who took over in his unusual role in the first game and lastly signing of players that contributed to their team’s relegation to me is still a mystery. The team lacked aggression and sense of urgency in the final third.

At one stage I think that the team has no idea that their opponents are also likely counter at any given time, they take time to regroup and defend. They use the same slow pace they use to attack even in defending.

The opponents usually use two or three passes they are already in our goal area, threatening to score. Our team must learn to reach the opponents goal area within short space of time.

Their play it becomes predictable everyday and gives opponents to regroup. The build-ups must be quicker and aggressive as they approach the opponent’s area.
