the build-up to the much-anticipated MTN8 2nd leg, semifinal ties
between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer (Orlando stadium, 3pm) and Bidvest Wits vs.
Platinum Stars (Bidvest Stadium, 7:30pm) on Heritage Day, Tuesday 24th
September, MTN continues the MTN8 Trophy Tour to create awareness and
excitement around the upcoming two matches.
The
MTN8 Trophy Tour which takes place outside Maponya Mall on Saturday 21st
September, will allow football fans in Soweto and surrounding areas an
opportunity to take a photo with the sought after Wafa Wafa trophy.
The Trophy Tour will also serve to communicate the activities and entertainment that supporters who will come to the semifinal matches can expect on Heritage Day as well as the transport plans to and from Orlando Stadium.

R10.00 via computicket outlet. Patrons will have to purchase the Rea Vaya
transit tickets which will be sold at the Rea Vaya Soccer City station, prices
for Double trip cards (to the value of R37.00) and single trip cards (to the
value of R25.00).
Soccer
City Station will operate to Orlando Stadium Rea Vaya Station for the fans
before and after the match. Fans will only
be dropped at Rea Vaya stations along the BRT route.
VVIP,
VIP, Media & Hospitality Parking will be in and around the Stadium
precinct, tickets will be colour coded accordingly. There will be no parking at Orlando Stadium
for general public.

Rea
Vaya will be operating the service to transport fans from its stations along
the Rea Vaya route, pick up and drop off at the ORLANDO Stadium. The frequency
of the service will be stepped up from the normal service to 5 minutes; from
Thokoza Park and from Ellis Park at 12:00. This service will be for both normal
commuters and fans. Fans will also be pick up and dropped off at the Soccer
City station along the Soweto Highway.
