Sundowns supporters/fans since we know that Coach Johan Neeskens is going nowhere...
I guess we should support him 100%. How do we support him? By going to the
stadium and support the team either it loses or win then forward our grievances.
Now
I start to forward grievance since there is no match is played now...
1.
Coach Neeskens please do us a favor - Don’t chop and change the winning squad.
If the player does good at training then do good in the game afterwards. Please
don’t bench him in the following match.
2.
Secondly we understand that you are trying to mix experience and youngsters in
the team. Please please that move must not make you to field players in wrong
position where they don’t normally play inn.
3.
If you assistants coaches are not helping you with your substitutions. Please
fire them cos when we lose we won't point fingers at your assistants’ coaches but
you… so, your substitutions during the game must be spot on and assistant coach/s
should advise when time required. If they don’t FIRE THEM!!!
4.
When you plan strategy against an opponent. Please look at your opponent then
decide to play which formation. Don’t stick to one formation which does not
provide wins e.g. 4-3-3 that we are currently playing. Come up with the
formation that is favouring Sundowns and killing the opponent in that game. If
the formation is not doing us any good during the game please be quick to
implement another idea which will make your substitutes important.
5.
Coach please try to be closer to the players. There are many players who are
not happy with Sundowns currently; most probably they want to go overseas. Please
speak to them and urge them to be professional at all times. Their personal
agendas must not cost the team. Sundowns fans did not do anything in blocking
their move to overseas. So Sundowns fans deserve full commitment from them at
all times. If the player is not mentally ready to play for Sundowns. That
player must be honest and ask to be excused and provide reasons and reasons
must be reasonable and be solved immediately.
6.
No one should walk inn to the first eleven and by that way it will be easy to
keep the winning team
Lastly,
don’t field players because management bought them with huge amounts. Now you
under pressure to give game time to that player in expense of players who well
deserve first eleven. Please don’t do that!!!AMEN
