Dear
Mr. President,
I’m
writing this letter while bleeding the yellow blood and tears all over my eyes,
by the manner in which Mamelodi Sundowns FC has taken the pride and joy that it
gave me over the years. I find myself uninterested in Downs’ games, which is
not what I’m used to. I’m no longer wearing my yellow regalia with pride and I
have to remind people that I’m still a Sandawana.
With
much respect that I have for you, over your achievement as an African man who
can spot the opportunity to make money/business and your effort to create
millionaires in black people. I would like to thank you for that.
In
the past four years you have changed personnel in administration, which had no
positive results. As a respected Business man one will expect you to do
analysis and other findings to get as to why the team is no longer producing
positive results, despite having the best resources one could look for in the
South African soccer fraternity.
Kenneth
Makhanya, the person who is running the affairs at Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club
has never won a thing in his football career. He was part of the administration
which relegated Black Leopards to National First Division on several occasions.
On
the other hand Trott Moloto is a man who had the privilege to play the game at
the highest level, but we know that not every person who had played the game
will be good in administration.
Moloto
as a technical director, we find ourselves being the laughing stock of the SA
football fraternity due to the club looking clueless and buying every player
who is good at his current club without analysis of whether he will feet in the
style of the team.
We
find ourselves buying players and releasing them without even kicking the ball
i.e. Tshepho Ramokala, Salami and Sithole etc.
We
seem to be copying and competing with Kaizer Chiefs because we buy/ compete
with every player Chiefs wants.
Recommendations:
After
the loss at Moses Mabhida Stadium against Lamontville golden Arrows please
demote Mr. J Neeskens to Development and Mr T Moloto should be the head coach.
Failure
to bring success should result in immediate dismissal, as he is the one who
bought these current players. Mr. Makhanya should be replaced by Mr. Mike
Ntombela (he did well in producing Mzansi’s best player i.e. T Serero, K Mlambo
- P Stars Keeper etc.
