Debate: Pirates needs to find a new coach?

@ Thapelo that's true champ our strikes are not doing well but the problem is Leal still believe in them instead of giving the others the chance like Msowoya is a good strike but to Leal is not.

@ Mathemba, it’s true Leal is at fault when it comes to the likes of Msowoya. Funny you say Leal still believes in those underperforming strikers instead of giving others a chance, guess what, he dropped them in our last game, and he was blamed for not using the same strikers. Do you have any idea what they would say to Leal if he fields Msowaya and he fails? I give up on Orlando Pirates supporters. Coaching OP must be one of the toughest jobs any coach would be insane to take.

The fact is others have been given a chance! Why are the likes of Msowoya, Bester, Rantjie etc not given a chance? We need to see them and find out if they will fail or succeed! We are tired of seeing the same players underperforming!

It all boils back to the coach hey not that me saying he should leave but its his duty to ensure that strikers come to the party and should by now have found d best combos but he still likes confused... as a teacher when his students fail the fingers will be pointed  to him like it or not.

At least Bester is slowly being introduced; we don't know what is wrong with Rantie, perhaps fitness levels. I am one of those pushing for Msowoya though I know Leal will be hammered if Msowoya fails to deliver as the fans were already on his case under Krol, also do you remember Carling Cup?

@ Phumzile, I don't think you are being fair to blame Leal for the chances our strikers miss, exactly what do you want him to do, get in and convert these goals himself, aowa. Any coach would have been at sixes & sevens when trying to find a combination with these strikers; it's a headache for him.

It’s his job and really need to find a way to stop the headache... he is experienced and should wok around it to get better results, so far the results are not impressive and the pressure is on him... at times people give out d best results when critised and under pressure... me saying it again its his job n let him figure out a way 2make d team win... as long s d team still loose d way it fingas will still b pointed @him.

I can’t answer that cos I’m not a coach and don’t specialize in it, but I can tell you about my job my boss and my customers. If any of my servers are not working all the fingas will be pointed at me and I’m expected to perform magic and whether its my fault or not the results are expected from me to resolve the matter asap and believe me I fight hard to resolve the problem, and that doesn’t stop everyone from criticising and pointing fingas… its so simple as that.
