I don't think the Mamelodi Sundowns Coach is the problem... Henri Michel is a world class coach and has done well so far.He took the team from 13 to 2 on the log in 5 weeks and we still have an outside chance of winning the league.
I am sure that communication is the biggest weakness between him and the players and the sooner he learns english the better.
Remember Viktor Bondarenko? When he first came to Orlando Pirates he spoke no English, but signs of brilliance were there in Pirates he left and when he came back Pirates were untouchable because he polished his English and could communicate his message.
