They are a lot of ambiguities regarding injudiciousness decisions already taken by the committee. The committee lacks fairness and egalitarianism when handing down judgment.

Khenyeza by then at Ajax Cape Town was convicted of swearing and spitting at a
match official, Zakhele Siwela. Khenyeza was suspended from all football
activities under the auspices of the League for a period of 12 (twelve) months.
However, there is no strong evidence that Khenyeza swore and spattered at
Zakhele Siwela except hearsay evidence already presented.
The
judgment handed down to Khenyeza was harsh taking into consideration the weight
of his transgression. Khenyeza has appealed the PSL Disciplinary Committee
inconsiderate decision.
Kaizer
Chiefs defender Morgan Gould has been banned for just two meagre matches for
punching Bidvest Wits striker Getaneh Kebede. The unsporting action was shown
live on the national television. Many soccer pundits anticipated that Gould will be sidelined for a lengthy period after being charged with assault.
However, he will only miss just two mere matches, while also having to part
with R50 000.
Khenyeza
was handed down severe judgment for light offence whilst Gould was handed
light sentence for severe offence.
