French Under-20 National Team

The young Afro-French national team gives a lesson and warning to Africa!

It was truly inspiring to watch last night the French Under-20 national team delivering a masterpiece performance at the Toulon International Tournament when they completely outclass the USA.

At one stage there were eight (8) players of African origin in the line-up of the French team demonstrating a rarely seen superiority on skill, movement and creativity.

Winning 4-1 against a national team (USA) who many believe is blessed with the best possible training and fitness programs, the young Afro-French players gave a lesson on what can be achieved with the rich African talent if optimally developed.

If only half of those outstanding players will make it to the top of world then France football is assured of a glorious future. Also, there is a strong warning to African nations to stop their dependency on old, conservative and 'anti-talent' football cultures coming from those European countries where exquisite talent is not appreciated.

The South African Football Association (SAFA) and the Premier Soccer League (PSL) should take note of these developments.
