The
Arbitrator has delivered the award on the matter between Premier Division side,
AmaZulu and Second Division outfit, Tembu Royals.
AmaZulu were contesting the eligibility of
Tembu Royals player, Zukisa Ginya who played against them during the Nedbank
Cup last 32 fixture on 27 February 2013.
The
Arbitrator yesterday dismissed AmaZulu’s case with costs. This means that Tembu
Royals will play Maritzburg United in the Nedbank Cup Last 16’s at a date still
to be confirmed by the PSL.
