The
best coach in the Premier Soccer League is Vladimir Vermezovic, why?? He is
been accused of not having a Plan B,
but fact is that he has a back up plan that we do not see and it un-fancy players;
Vermezovic can create pressure and manage it and other coaches create disaster e.g. Julio Leal.
Vermezovic
can make something out of nothing. When changes are made the plan can either be
profitable or backfire and this backs Vermezovic applied the necessary
adjustments because the team is gradually coming together though a bit wobbly,
twisting formation around 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1, 4-4-1-1.
As
much as I would like Vermezovic to stay, the new coach if he is coming and is
going to build on Vermezovic's concrete foundation. The team will be thick and the
new coach will receive praises while Vermezovic's brilliance will be forgotten.
If Kaizer Motaung can hold on to Vermezovic and buy him players of his choice
the team will be much thicker.
I
wish Motaung can do the unpredictable and retain Vermezovic because this confused
emotions anti- Vermezovic will never be satisfied even under a new coach. One
loss the coach must go, one win the coach is good... agg come on!! Motaung, you
can't satisfy everyone do what's right for the team not what's right for
emotions because you will fail Kaizer Chiefs.
