First
Mr. Irvin Khoza should tell us why he did not renew Ruud Krol’s contract!
Orlando Pirates management should make time to interact with supporters about
their intension for the season. So that we really know what is really going on!
Like
recently what Mamelodi Sundowns did was nice as their supporters where given
the platform to raise there opinion and the coach plot his short and long term
objective. We Orlando Pirates supporters are important stakeholders and if we
are not happy don’t think the team can be happy.
At
least branch leaders all over the country before the season starts should be
briefed by the management on the objective of the season and during the
Christmas break again they meet with management to hear the challenges that the
team is facing if we aint looking like meeting the target. One of the problems
that management raised was lack of support for the team.
This
day we see Orlando Pirates being supported by less than 10 000 people; so are
the management talking to branch leaders about this? I am sure if Orlando Stadium was always full
we would have not being in this situation. I know our players will appreciate
it to play in front of 50 000 Sea Robbers.
But
transparency is the only solution to avoid this blaming game… the coach should tell us what he expect from
us supporters to ensure that he bring out the best of players and also tell us
how much time he can be given to meet the objectives he has!
