I'm
flabbergasted by what that Bloemfontein Celtic boss, Jimmy Augousti, has done,
I don't care how stress he was, venting it out on his employee(s) simply
because he is "the boss" is un-called for, unconstitutional and an
act of racism in an indirect manner.
Imagine
Irvin Khoza during that 10 year famine blackseming the hell out of Orlando Pirates'
the then CEO Floyd Mbele, that was going to be world news! Further more the
victim Mr. Simon Hlakane is happy to let this slide with no action taken rather
than wanting a mere apology, an apology which I believe will be more like the
one Bobby Motaung with a big
"grin" dished out to Kaizer Chiefs fans after indirectly telling them
to stop putting their noses in other family's businesses.
You
can hear in the manner the victim spoke gore o tshaba the wrath of the Celtic boss
and further more he is scared of losing his job. He might be a masseur and
believe in the notion gore everything happens for a reason but being belittled
like that in full view of his fellow staff members will go a long way in
harming his confidence. There is no way in hell his Celtic life will be the
same after this.
This
might not be an Evra-Suarez nor a banana thrown into the field scenario, however
do I think it deserves that much attention and the powers that be should take
action and reprimand him.
