Masilo Machaka should know that Kaizer Chiefs bigger than
him. The team was supported long before he was born by other people like Mguyo
Temane. These people were very loyal to the brand until the end and even when
we had a dismal season in 1985 under Shaka Ngcobo they did not go to the media
to pull a publicity like what the young immature Machaka is doing.
We are a laughing to those who knows nothing about
football. The team spent more than R14 million early in the season bringing
quality players like Lehlohonolo Majoro, Bernard Parker, Tefu Mashamaite, Keegan
Ritchie, Lincoln Zvasiya and Willard Katsande.
In fact we were busy in the
transfer market than any of the top three early in the season. January transfer
window we brought only Brian Abbas and Mamelodi Sundowns only signed Anthony
Laffor.
It’s only Orlando Pirates who bought three or four
players during the period and almost all them were free or through swap with
other teams. Another thing we are three points behind log leaders. Things are
not that bad as exaggerated by the both media who are on the anti Chiefs campaign
and traitors like Machaka.
The boy is destructive and he should know that he is not
employee of the team but a supporter and he has not right to speak on behalf of
the team in the media. He went to Laduma and say he wish the team can sign Mark
Manyambela and Ndumiso Mabena during the January window.
Those two players are not Chiefs material and they are
not better than players we have in the team, maybe he is angry because the team
did not sign his players. If he is quitting let him quit… millions will remain
supporters of this biggest brand in Africa.
Another thing is that Kaizer Chiefs should issue a strong
warning to the media to this Steve Komphela nonsense. He is also not a Chiefs
coach material if we are serious about sustaining our success.
