Chiefs must send a strong message

I’m pretty happy with the Nedbank Cup draw and I do feel that we will be victorious after 90 minutes of play but having said that I know that it won’t a walk in the park against Cape Town All Stars.

It’s going to be a battle between a 42 year old (Kaizer Chiefs) and a 2 year old toddler (Cape Town All Stars), and the fact that we will be playing in our own turf we should humiliate these minnows and send them parking.

I mean we have been victims of these so called small teams for quite a while and I think it’s about time that we stop that trend and send a very strong message to all our opponents.

In the opposing camp the is a lot of excitement and the All Stars’ general manager Faeez Dulvie said that the prospect of playing Chiefs is the realization of a dream for the club and in particular for the players.

“I did not expect to play one of the big teams but again we were ready for any team that we would draw. For us it is a dream come true and we have to fulfill it by playing well and gunning for a win.

“I know it won't be easy but knowing my team anything is possible. They will fight until the end. Everyone wants to win and we are no different at all,” Dulvie expressed.

Let's Rise Amakhos' amahle… and send these amateurs packing in style!
