My ideas via Football Development

I’m having a few suggestions which I will like to make when it comes to football development in the country.

1. Let SAFA introduce National Play offs for all their divisions e.g. under-10, 13, 15, 17 and 19. This will help in getting the best players across the whole nation, not in Jozi only even players from rural areas are talented just that they don’t have a platform to showcase it... South Africa's government wants to give equal opportunities to everyone.

2. This system will enable us to cut down on age cheating.

3. The coach will be having a large pool of players.

4. SAFA should bring back the tournaments like KFC and Transnet which had a major role in South African youngsters- players from my area are no longer motivated because they play for nothing, just local league year in and year out.

5. We can not win major senior tournaments without doing well in junior Tournaments first... FOUNDATION is important.

6. Let’s have a long plan for 2030 or 2034 World cup by implementing good development system because the one which SAFA has been using has failed. I know I don’t run the league but my point can contribute to the development of football in SA because money, resources and coaches are available for development it’s just the system.
