Hello my diski fans and writers. Wow, last night the wheels have changed the race and now its ON again. All over the Absa Premier Soccer League is getting interesting season by season and no longer a one team show.Supersport United is trying to run away with the Absa Premier Soccer League plate, but Orlando Pirates’ win last night has put pressure on the defending champions.
However, I’m more worried about the refereeing lapha ekhaya (South Africa). They are really messing things up with their dim decision and laziness. I mean every one knows that when the referee does that there’s going to be a team that’s going to suffer.
I’m pleading with the refereez zaseMzansi to please don’t ruin our beautiful game please. We need referees like Ian McLeod (retired referee), who did a great job during his era! He didn’t take sides or favours and will even run all over the field.Not these lazy ones of today… and with even the latest technology it doesn’t help them to upgrade their standard of performance. Please I plead with the referees to up their game - we are near playoffs and League decider.
Please be fair and let penalty be a penalty, red card a red card, yellow card a yellow card, free-kick a free-kick.
I hope you won’t take this in a bad way, but in the spirit of making sure we get good officiating from you guys.
