Supersport United are the best team in the country, even Mushin Ertugral admits. This is the team that plays with determination and eager to succeed. They really are making Pretoria proud, and all thanks to their chairperson, Ntate Khulu Sibiya. He seems to have a clear vision of what He wants the team to go. One can see with the kind of support He offers to his coach in terms of Player acquisition.The team look set to retain their Premiership title. For now it looks like the only thing that can come between them and the league championship is the South African football God, yes, you guessed right. Supersport has done everything right this year, but there is someone who thinks that they might be using his rightful player.
It would not be the first time that Mr. Khoza would force a player to come to Play for his team, by fire by force. Only this time, might come at a cost should He get his way, like He always do, and some points are wrongfully taken away from Supersport for using Mr. Davids. It’s a pity Bobby Motaung's book is taking longer that anticipated, and it would really clarify the independence of the PSL DC.
Going through the streets of Pretoria, and asking how people would feel, if the Dc were to find Supersport guilty of using a Pirates player, and therefore handing the league to the team that have failed for a long time to win it on the pitch, most people, made it clear that the Dr. might find himself taking on all Pretorians, not only Supersport.
All I pray for is that this championship be won on the field of play, not at any court of law. I sometimes wonder how independent I would be if I was head of the DC at my work place, while I still had to be paid and report to my CEO. I wonder how if He would still keep me in that position if I in a way failed him.
