Is Kaizer penny-pinching?

That MTN 8 Cup was Kaizer Chiefs' last trophy this season. As long as their chairman (Kaizer) maintains his stinginess, more woes, trouble and misery will follow. It's high time they change their mentality of acquiring strictly "out of contract" players, because you might as well ask yourself why were those players contracts not renewed.

Mzansi Football is more competitive now especially with the advent of this new money pouring in, huge investments made (due to 2010 hype and fever), teams are becoming financially stable, hence the transfer market has became competitive, gone are those years whereby Chiefs could acquire any best player they want in the league.

And in all honest, this team is no longer invincible but has became an ordinary team over this recent times, basically speaking, they are failing to adjust to this new football dispensation and still stuck in that old mentality of dominance and invincibility.

The sooner they realise that reality, and remove that mentality and adjust to modern times, the promisier. I am certain that bo-Ace Ntsoelenge, Ewert "the lip" Nene, Johnny Magwegwe and so forth, are turning in their graves seeing that any mambo-jambo can wear the "Kaizer Chiefs Jersey" (gear), kera bo; Rooi, Gilbert, Mokete Tsotetsi, Thuso Phala and many others.
