We should rally behind these boys

Joel Santana should teach some few coaches a lesson or two. Its time Pirates get rid of the slow old timers at the back. Mhlongo (1980), Lekgwathi (1976) and Thwala (1981) should take a break. The best way to defend is attacking we all know that. Orlando Pirates should start looking at using everyone to defend and attack just like Argentina. Most of us are not giving this youth Santana chose a chance to shine in the previous game. I can tell most of us are happy he selected them for experience sake. I however, think there is enough talent in this young team for us to surprise many in Angola 2010 as well if we make it. It’s a good mixture, and nobody really knows these boys on the international front. Look at Lionel Messi. He didn’t need too much exposure. He is now one of the best. Let’s make our own world class players in a short space of time. We should rally behind these boys as I believe we have assembled a very good team with pace compared to the Bafana Bafana of weeks back.
