Kaizer Chiefs striker Bernard "Die
Hond" Parker has been the most consistent player for two seasons now in
Premier Soccer League (PSL).
He is played as a shadow striker and often drifts into an attacking midfield role which confuses a lot of teams. He is a well rounded player able to score with his feet and head.
He is played as a shadow striker and often drifts into an attacking midfield role which confuses a lot of teams. He is a well rounded player able to score with his feet and head.
He is able to work with any players paired
with and gives him a unique ability to use any formation to his advantage.
His work-rate is superb and arguably the best
in the league. He was the leading goal scorer in the 2014 African Nations
Championship (CHAN 2014) tournament certifying his prowess in front of goal.
After his return from Israel a lot was expected of him and the pressure got to
him and never delivered to expectations.
Currently he is my Player’s Player of the Season
elect.
Tonight, he will be the decisive factor in
our game against Maritzburg United.
