The
Premier Soccer League (PSL) has welcomed the decision by the Western Cape High
Court this evening to dismiss an urgent application by Chippa United.
Chippa
United filed papers at the Western Cape High Court today to interdict the
on-going Promotion Play-offs. In response, the PSL filed opposing papers.
Chippa United’s application was dismissed by the Judge this evening.

Head of Legal, Advocate Ntsietso Mofokeng said: “We welcome this decision from
the Western Cape High Court as we believe it is the correct outcome. We can now
go back to football tonight.”
