Dynamos,
Pat Malabela and July Malabela: The charges related to the conduct of Pat and
July Malabela at the match between Dynamos FC and Polokwane City FC on 10 April
2013 which was abandoned due to the actions of Pat and July Malabela.
Pat
and July Malabela were found guilty of causing the abandonment of the match and
the club was found guilty of failing to prevent its supporters from throwing
missiles at match officials. Pat and July Malabela were found not guilty of
verbally abusing the match officials.
The DC passed the
following sentence:

Dynamos
forfeited the match and the match was awarded to Polokwane City FC with a score
of 3-0 in their favour;
·
Dynamos
was fined R100 000.00 of which R50 000.00 was suspended;
·
Pat
Malabela was fined R 50 000.00 of which R 25 000.00 was suspended;
·
July
Malabela was fined R50 000.00 of which R 25 000.00 was suspended;
·
Dynamos,
Pat and July Malabela were ordered to pay the costs of the sittings of 09 May
2013 and 14 May 2013.
Dynamos and Pat
Malabela:
They were charged with misconduct following an incident which took place on 06
April 2013 when Pat Malabela, without authorization, entered the technical area
during the match and made disparaging remarks against a match official.
Malabela was found guilty of bringing the League into disrepute.
The
DC issued a very stern warning to Malabela concerning his continued
unacceptable behavior.
