Stars are delighted to announce that the club has extended the contracts of
five first-team players.
Dikwena
are negotiating with a number of stars as they prepare for the 2013/14 Premier
Soccer League season and have brought to a conclusion discussions with five
members of the squad so far.
Malawi
international midfielder Robert Ng’ambi has signed for a further two seasons,
with the option for another year, and will remain with the team until at least
June 2015.
Exciting
midfielder Sibusiso Msomi has also signed on for two more years with a one year
option, as has goalkeeper Kagiso Mlambo.
Forward
Lindokuhle Mbatha has signed a new contract that extends his stay at the club
for two years, while midfielder Solomon Mathe has signed a new one-year deal.
Stars
remain in negotiations with a number of other players will provide updates when
these become available.
The
club also confirms that midfielders Thuso Phala and Enocent Mkhabela, whose
contracts were due to come to finish at the end of the season, will depart at
the end of this campaign and would like to wish the duo the very best for the
future.
