Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs face Spectator misbehaviour charges

Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have been charged for spectator misbehaviour by the Premier Soccer League (PSL).

Orlando Pirates - Orlando Pirates will face charges relating to spectator misbehaviour and unsporting behaviour following their MTN8 second leg semi-final fixture with SuperSport United at the Orlando Stadium on 25 August 2012.

It is alleged that Pirates supporters threw an assortment of objects onto the pitch during the game.

Kaizer Chiefs - Kaizer Chiefs have been charged with spectator misbehaviour and unsporting behaviour following their MTN8 semi-final clash with Mamelodi Sundowns on 05 August 2012 at the Loftus Stadium.


It is alleged that Chiefs supporters behaved in an unruly or unsporting manner in that they threw a variety of objects onto the pitch during the game.

Both Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs will appear before the Premier Soccer League DC on 07 September 2012.
