AmaZulu
have extended the contract of head coach, Roger Palmgren for another two years
to enable the Swedish mentor to start his plans with the KZN club in the new
season.
AmaZulu
General Manager, Peter O’Connor also told AmaZulufc.net that the technical team
will remain the same for the new season.
Meanwhile
Usuthu have roped in left-back Prince Hlela (former Bloemfontein Celtic) and
striker Sifiso Vilakazi (Bidvest Wits) that will see the players join AmaZulu
for the pre-season programme.
“The
club is delighted to sign both the players because it will definitely enhance
the existing squad, and hopefully the extension of the coach’s contract will
build on the great foundation which was established during the 2011/12 season,”
said O’Connor.
The
club will formally announce all plans for the upcoming season in early July.
