It’s not over yet in the Premier Soccer League

Written By Unknown on Friday, May 11, 2012 | Friday, May 11, 2012

Did You Know? Last year in the 2011/2012 Premier Soccer League Ajax Cape Town was leading the log with 3 points and two goal differences to Orlando Pirates? Three points in two games were sufficient enough for Ajax Cape Town to win a league.

However, unanticipated miracles happened when Ajax managed to collect a point out of possible six points and Orlando Pirates came from behind to clinched the 2010/2011 Premier Soccer League Championship.

My motive of my story is that the Championship race is not yet over and there is no favourite to win a league but Orlando Pirates has an advantage with 2 points lead.

In 1988, Kaizer Chiefs only needed a point out of four games but they lost all the games and Jomo Cosmos came from behind to win a league.

I’m Orlando Pirates supporter, but am not over-confidence as I know football is unpredictable sport and anything can happen. History taught me not to celebrate prematurely until the final day.

I already prepared a room for disappointment but the success is imminent for Orlando Pirates and I can feel it that tomorrow it’s going to be a good day for Happy People family.

Just like a tea bag, Orlando Pirates function well like a well oiled machined under hot water (under pressure)
