Solomon, who questioned the move…? Now what’s this noise for, is it because it’s
now that has signed those players?
Development
does not mean you have to take 11 youngsters and throw them in the field, no, that’s
not a proper way of developing players. For the young players to find it easy
and to deliver the results one needs to put together inexperience players
alongside those who have been there before.
A typical
example of what that integration can do, take a close look at Daine Klate... ever
since the arrival of Benni McCarthy at Orlando Pirates, his game has improved, Ndumiso
Mabena is much a better player now as compared to before the arrival of Benni.
