I
had a pulsating debate with my father and brother about BUCS. They both said a
fundamental truth; we, the GHOST have lost our fierceness and voice.
We
tend to sit back and ignore the smoke when it is clear that there will be fire.
I
mean, it was evident that RUUD KROL was not going to stay but we did nothing.
We have adopted to accept mediocrity and end up complaining when it is too
late, when the damage is done.
We
fail to protect what we love, hence management ignore consulting with us. We
also tend to belittle and discourage our own players, regardless of their slow
progress.
IF
WE WANT OUR TEAM TO BE DOMINANT, WE MUST BE PERSUASIVE AND PUT OUR FOOT DOWN.
