Mamelodi Sundowns Victim XI

Written By Unknown on Friday, April 22, 2011 | Friday, April 22, 2011

One cant stop imagining what would happen if we were to get a team of people who were let down by Downs participating in the PSL.

What do you think of this team (Downs Victims United FC)?

1. Thembalethu Moses - a promising goalkeeper whom Sundowns unlawfully terminated his contract with 2 years to go but gave him a 1 moth salary. Though he won the case, the young man is still haunted by that case and finds it difficult to stop goals for Amazulu.

2. Fanyana Mokoena – told to report for training in 2 weeks only to accidentally find out the training was scheduled for a week earlier, when ask why he was lied to, he was served with a free clearance certificate.

3. Kurt Lentjie – Once rated the next David Nyathi, did wonders for Sundowns unfortunately took bread on credit from Mambush General Dealers and failed to pay, Mambush sold him to Maritzburg United in order to recover his money.

4. Dino Ndlovu - signed a two year deal with the Brazilians, allegedly not paid for 3 three months, though he won the case afterwards he has not been the same player

5. Matthew Booth – got a promising move back to Europe during the Confed Cup, the team refused to release him promising him heavens. Now he is been left to rot on the bench. No team wants him since he has not been that active.

6. Bennedict Vilakazi – stolen from Pirates, promised all the best only to be dropped like a hot potato to Black Aces who gave him the boot. Now they washed their hands on him (don't want him anymore).

7. Lerato Chanbangu – driven to the beer world after the team treated him like a tennis ball, released him for free to SuperSport, brought him back while doing great, made him to rot in the bench

8. Manqoba Ngwenya – what a talent… exploited for many years, just when he sees the light he joins Aces who are now relegated, another talent drowned by Downs.

9. Lungisani Ndlela – he was banging in goals for SSU even played for Bafana until he got to Sundowns. They drove him nuts, he landed in NFD for Batau.

10. Richard Henyekane – 2008-09 PSL Top scorer with 18 goals. Refused to listen to his former boss Mato Madlala not to join Sundowns… Now he is wondering on the bench how he failed to take that advise.

11. Sandile Ndlovu – loaned by Sundowns to Dynamos where he earned the nickname AK-47 for his strike rate. The jealous team called him back to make him rot in the bench, released him after they were done with him.

Head Coach: Hristo Stoichkov – escorted by police to free him from the angry Downs mob.

Assistant Coach: Antonio Habbas – escorted by police, firefighters, SA Navy, Airforce and Defence Force to free him from the same angry Downs mob.
