The team has been training hard to bang in more goals, and the weekend saw them finally score more than one goal in a match, after strikes by Vincent Khumalo and a header from Sakhile Makhathini.
Umlilo will be playing away nearly the entire month this October, and start off with two games in two weeks against Carara Kicks on the 4th and 10th. They will then travel to Thanda Royal Zulu, before heading to Vasco Da Gama and finally, on the 31st, they will host Hanover Park at The Westbourne Oval.
Support for the team is picking up, as more and more fans are coming to The Oval to join in the atmosphere and take part in the entertainment provided by club management.
