Some won't agree with me. However, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) is just as good as the other leagues, by this I refer to those leagues that most of our players go to. Israel, Sweden, Denmark and so on - make no mistake I did not say La'Liga, Serie A or the English Premiership.Look at the teams in Israel. PSL is just better that them or perhaps the different in the cash involvement or just because they are next to the big European leagues. We PSL followers should support our league and stop being colonized by other leagues.
All the PSL teams are good and the league is interesting for everyone to see. Thanda Zulu Royals striker Bernard Parker has signed with a Serbian team, all they talk about is the rich history that this team enjoyed and that half of the population in Serbia support the team, what does this say?
I bet with my whole Diskioff salary that any PSL team can wallop the top team from those leagues by any PSL team. They might have money and close to the best league but that does not make them superior to PSL. Kaizer Chiefs (Amakhosi) once gave Manchester United a run for their money and I can tell you that Man United can demolish Thembinkosi Fanteni’s team (Maccabi Haifa) at any given time. We have good players with lots of skills; personally I think South Africa has the most skillful players worldwide. Not sure about the techniques.
The point of this is to urge the PSL players not to just sign contracts with any mambo jumbo teams just because it's in Europe and they pay dollars. Lots of our players went to the wrong teams and now their careers are..???
