For most of us in Pretoria, more so most of us who live in Mabopane X-extension, Sammy “Fever” Mashabane clearly represent the Mamelodi Sundowns supporter. He has dedicated his life to the game and Sundowns. He motivates some of us to jump ship and start supporting a Pretoria based team. Mashabane is one of the best supporters and we will continue to love him.He is a very strong person and He always stands for what He believes in. It did not come as a shock when He spilled the beans yesterday. We were actually sad to come to understand that Sammy has been treated like this, by a team He loves passionately, and supported for as long as I can remember.
Why was Sammy Fever given the PRO job in the first place? Who in Sundowns is sabottaging Sammy? This is not right and for whoever is doing all this to Sammy, let him know that the word is out in Pretoria, "We will always love Sammy!"
