Stars Football Club (Dikwena) will begin the new 2012/13 Premier Soccer League
season with a home clash against Moroka Swallows at the Royal Bafokeng Sports
Palace on Sunday, August 12, with kick off at 15:00.

new look Dikwena, will take to the field with their new signings that coach
Cavin Johnson believes will not only play winning football, but also an
entertaining style.

says his side is rearing to get the campaign off to a good start, especially as
they have revenge on their minds when they host “The Birds”.
“We
played Moroka Swallows towards the end of last season and they ended our hopes
of reaching the top eight,” Johnson says. “That memory is still fresh, so we
will go into the first game of the season hoping for the three points to exert
a bit of revenge.”

have had a wonderful pre-season and I believe these players are ready for what
promises to be a gruelling season.
