Puma and Moroka Swallows Unveils New Kit For 2012/13 Season

Moroka Swallows in partnership with their technical sponsor, Puma, launched their kit for the 2012/13 season on Wednesday, at Discovery Soccer Park in Johannesburg.

The Dobsonville-based outfit revealed both their home and away Puma sponsored jersey.

Marketing director of Puma South Africa, Brett Bellinger, said that the design of the kit is based on the look of the national teams wearing Puma jerseys.

He said the design for the current Moroka Swallows kit was launched at the same time as that of German side Borussia Dortmund, who are also sponsored by Puma.

"We are happy that we are launching this kit which is the same as the kits that were launched last year in England, where all Puma sponsored national teams had their kits launched. We hope that this kit brings the same luck as the team had last season.

“We are also happy that coach Gordon Igesund joins another Puma sponsored team, in Bafana Bafana. Above all we would like to urge supporters to buy original kits from recognised shops, and don't support piracy," Bellinger concluded.

The jersey will be available in retail stores across the country from today, Thursday July 5, at a recommended retail price of R499.

  1. White and red both are perfectly suitable to wear with my black carbon38 leggings bought recently. Even the puma logo is an impressive part. Can you share the prices and return policies with perfect sizing descriptions. Will but two for my sister also. As she was also looking for similar color options.
