Mamelodi
Sundowns winger Elias Pelembe did everything to win the game (Mamelodi Sundowns
0-2 SuperSport United – Nedbank Cup final) and the problem
was support, in our first attempt he tried very hard and our models were
watching on instead of getting involved to make things easier for him.
Look
at how Orlando Pirates attack when they are pushing forward and look at how we
do it. Pirates attack as a team and Sundowns players do not play for one
another, hence the flopping every time an attack is initiated.
Corner
kicks and other set pieces, in this instance I blame the coach (Johan Neeskens)
because he is the one who is suppose to be training on how to attack in corner
kicks. When you are one player down, your only possible chance of scoring is
trough corner kicks and free kicks.
And
we were so damn casual in this aspect of the game; hence I put the coach and
his technical team at fault. After getting the red card the coach had no plan B
which is extremely pathetic by all his Dutch standard.
