Lovers Mohlala at Pirates

Well I have been away for a while and it gave me sometime to go see the grassroots football at home. It is good to see the youngsters keeping the ball rolling on the dusty and sometimes muddy grounds.

It was more interesting to see Lovers as well, playing with the young ones, and making sure he still keeps fit. The very bulky looking Mohlala was playing for a team frong Legonyane called Pirates.

The former under 23 star from Klipvoorstad still looked like there is something remaining in him to offer to football with his long throws, albeit at that level. Him being there offers hopes for the young ones, that he might inform some scouts of the talent that side of town we can offer to the bigger league.

I sure saw some brilliant finishing that our top strikers in the PSL are lacking, so our so called big teams should go to the rural areas to seek talent and stop flocking African countries for the countless flops that are overcrowding our shores.
