One can imagine that if he had been given a task of mentoring a team for 2010 ten years ago, we would be like the old Brazil or Argentina now. Give credit where credit is due and look at what Ajax is doing. The team with the most development players in the PSL and the history of the NPSL. 98% of pirates players in their U15 & U17 are old madalas. After 1 year in their U19's players dissapear like dew on a sunny day after the sun appears
