Is Gary Racist?

I love soccer because of its fair play. Soccer it’s a contact sport although it’s not exactly like Rugby. The recent events in our local soccer leaves much to be desired. There is a serious problem that needs to be addressed otherwise we might not have a player to represent us come 2010, and Gary Goldstone cannot represent this country alone, but we might have to use him and his team mates at Maritzburg because everyone else would be injured.

Cases like the one I saw this past weekend should simply be reported to the police. Ok, well, say we don’t, How do we make sure that justice prevail? Tshepo Bulu looked like someone who lost a boxing match. The young boy will lose at least a couple of months play. This is affecting his career, and by the time He recovers from the injury, He will have to fight for the position He already had.

Goldstone might go visit Bulu in hospital, and thereafter say He is very sorry and He never meant to harm him. That will be in the spirit of fair play. This is but one incident. There has been a lot of this recently, and tackles are flying in. Some are saying this is due to the money at stake for the premiership. I disagree.
