FIFA should ban Mamelodi Sundowns as well

I wish if FIFA can also ban Mamelodi Sundowns for a year (Spanish champions Barcelona have been given a 14-month transfer ban by Fifa for breaking rules on signing international players under 18.) without buying any player.

Mamelodi Sundowns have exploited the loopholes of Home Affairs law of issuing a citizenship to any foreign living in South Africa under the category of “financial” independence.

Alje Schut got a citizenship under this category despite not staying over to 5 years in South Africa. This financial independence citizenship is going to kill our football and Bafana Bafana.

The team has reached 5 foreign players limit but already signed another 3 foreigners for next season despite that the current foreigners are doing well.

It’s true that football is business but Sundowns is contributing nothing to local soccer development.
