PSL Disciplinary Committee Update

The following cases will appear before the Premier Soccer League (PSL) Disciplinary Committee on Tuesday, 26 November 2013.

SuperSport United: The club has been charged with watering the pitch at the Lucas Moripe Stadium from 12h30 until 12h50 on 19 October 2013 prior to their match against Moroka Swallows FC – a period which falls within the “Match phase” of a fixture when pitches may only be watered with the prior consent of the match commissioner which consent was not obtained on 19 October 2013 as required.

Morgan Gould: During the League match played at FNB Stadium, on 09 November 2013 between Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits, the player unlawfully struck an opposing player of Bidvest Wits, Getaneh Kebede in the face. The player has been charged with assaulting an opposing player.
