# Chiefs chickened out of the Champions league after losing 6-1 to Esperance in the 3rd round (They lost 4-0 away and won 2-1 at home) they couldn't make it to the group stages so they had to play in the CAF Confederations Cup. They failed to honor the fixture against Ismaili of Egypt and were subsequently banned for 2 years. #

Sunday, 05 may 2013, Lubumbashi: TP Mazembe 1-0 Orlando Pirates
Orlando Pirates qualifies for the group stages with a 3-2 aggregate win.

Chiefs fans: "That's the furthest you will go in this competition Al Ahly and Zamalek will tear you apart. You won’t make the semi-finals with your mediocre draw specialist team."
Pirates fans: Don't you just wish it’s your team which has qualified for the group stages of the most prestigious trophy in the continent? Do you know how it feels to beat TP Mazembe against all odds? Your keeper has never saved two penalties in a single match so shut up learn how to survive in Africa you motor-mouths."

The Group Stages Began:
Saturday, 20 July 2013, Orlando Stadium: Orlando Pirates 0-0 AC Leopards
Chiefs fans: "Kwaaaa the wheels are coming off. You playing Al Ahly next you won’t know what hit you!"
Pirates fans: EEish ya its two points dropped but we will survive, the boys just came back from the break. "

Chiefs fans: "You beat a team with hungry players, you must thank Ramadan!"
Pirates fans:: "Well it’s not the first time they play games during Ramadan. They are the defending Champions so where was Ramadan when they won this title? Go to hell maan!! "

Ted Dumitru: "People must not be fooled by Pirates victory against Al Ahly those guys had low energy levels plus it was hot. Pirates are yet to be tested and Zamalek will give them a challenge... "

Saturday 17 August 2013, Orlando Stadium: Orlando Pirates 4-1 Zamalek

Ted Dumitru and Chiefs fans: "Pirates are doing well and looking dangerous now!"

Sunday, 20 October 2013, Stade Olympique de Radès: Esperance 1-1 Orlando Pirates
Orlando Pirates are through to the final against AL Ahly.... meanwhile Esperance fire their coach.

Chiefs fans: “I bet my life you won’t win the second star, we will be there to support Al Ahly."
Pirates fans: "Le tla re sheba le re shebe... le tla re shebela mahhala, le tla bolawa ke di pelo... we have been tormenting you since the beginning of this tournament, we will keep tormenting you till the end..."

Chiefs fans and the rest of Mzansi: "Pirates are doing it for the nation we need to support them. They are our pride.'
Pirates fans: "Losers we've come this far without you and we will go further without you. What makes you think we need your support now? You were quick to point out that we will lose in the beginning when we played Zamalek at Orlando Stadium. You organised friendlies for the national team and called our players to your dismal national team friendly game while we were preparing for the clash against African giants.... to you Mr. Minister of Sports you allowed the national team friendly to go ahead on the same day we were playing Zamalek and today you talking patriotism and rallying the whole nation to back us… where was patriotism when we played Zamalek?"

Anyway we welcome the support of all South Africans when we face Al Ahly on Saturday night at Orlando Stadium for one reason: "keep your enemies closer so as to see agony in their faces as we are crowned champions of Africa for the second time while they are still looking for the first.
