Chiefs announce the legends for the Liverpool Tour to SA

Kaizer Chiefs announced the names of the Chiefs Legends to take on The Reds Legends as part of the Liverpool Legends 2013 Tour of South Africa. The veteran players of the two well-established teams will go head-to-head at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, 16 November 2013.

Billed as a showpiece, the fans will be reminded of the likes of Thabo Mooki and Frank Makua in the midfield of the Amakhosi. The combination of Shane Mac Gregor and Fani Madida will bring back the memories of a deadly combination of 1991 league season when the two scored 54 goals combined.

Who will not want to be part of the showpiece featuring Doctor Khumalo, Ace Khuse and Shoes Moshoeu?

The legends that will do battle with the Liverpool Legends comprising of the likes of former defender Phil Neal, former Kop favourite and England international John Barnes, twin strike sensations, John Aldridge and Robbie Fowler as well as Durban born goalkeeper Bruce Grobbelaar are:
