Roger de Sa must go

Mabhakabhaka Amahle, as a Buccaneer Staunch Supporter I support my team through thick and thin, in sickens and in health. During the times of Kostadin Papic we did not win anything but we were displaying the best football in the continent with the likes of the late Lesley Manyathela, late Gift Leremi, Bennedict Vilakazi, Onyekachi Okonkwo, and Mbulelo 'OJ' Mabizela.

We were given the name Happy People without lifting a trophy. So don’t get me wrong we love trophies but this is not entirely about trophies. It is about the incompetence of Roger de Sa (RDS) as an Orlando Pirates Coach, the platform was/is just too great for Roger, He is not Pirates material he has done more damage than anything else. We were defending Treble Champions when he took over and he lost everything.

Even the most accomplished of human beings make mistakes. Dr. Irvin Khoza made a mistake and his first mistake was hiring RDS, but I still loved and supported the team even though I would hurt at times and his second mistake was not to fire RDS after an abysmal season.

I believe we have all the players we need and I just cannot understand for the life of me why RDS persist with the ever under-performing Ndumiso Mabena, I will not blame Mabena because if he asked to play he will. Most say RDS has no Plan B... I believe there is no Plan A either so RDS has a Plan. He played with one striker last season on must win games last season we drew most of those games.

Rather than losing the MTN 8, he gave it away to Platinum Stars, all credit to Platinum Stars though. I took a look at his bench before the game started and I felt *Oh my here comes trouble* and I was also shocked to see Andile  Jali although I was happy at the same time and what a game he had... I didn’t know who was injured or who wasn’t. To see Sifiso Myeni, Thulasizwe Mbuyane, Sir Lucky Lekgwathi on the stands was a bit of a sad picture. Dr. Khoza *Mlotshwa* oMkhulu please let this man go. Why did he leave Legkwati for the final against Stars? I thought he was injured! It might not have made a difference to the outcome or results but that man bring confidence not only to the player but as supporters too.

RDS is full of promises and fails to deliver, even with games we win except for Zamalek and Al Ahly the 3-0 and 4-1, we are not convincing. We need a brave coach who wants to win rather than a coach he plays not to lose which is RDS's strategy. At Bidvesst Wits he complained that he didn’t have the right players, now he has all the players he needs, WHAT ELSE DOES THIS MAN NEED?

I bet he will say with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo he will be unbeatable. This Man has dragged our beloved jersey and name to a mud pit. The kitchen might be hot but e-toilet kuyanyiwa and RDS is in the toilet now and has been ever since joining Pirates and his record stinks... excuse the pun!
