Mpengesi ill-advised actions will cost United a PSL status

Let's talk about Chippa Mpengesi of Chippa United.

The Technical Advisers of Siviwe ‘Chippa’ Mpengesi of Chippa United needs a serious mental observation at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospitals in Pretoria. His technical advisers are misleading him to make some sill decisions costing him millions of money for contract settlements with players and coaches already signed long term contracts but fired after few months.

The settlement money that Chippa is losing should have been used to incentives his players to do well in the league.

Chippa will realize that he is brainless and clueless when it comes to soccer when United will be campaigning in the National First Division next season. He wants an instant positive results forgetting that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Chippa lacks broad-mindedness when handling his team matters. He makes urgency decision without considering the long term financial consequences of actions. It is understandable that he lacks financial and administrative management skills.

 If Chippa doesn't change his attitude of hiring and firing coaches and players like in the taxi industry, he will be relegated at the end of the year.

It boggles my mind that after 16 games, Chippa already fired 3 coaches which can be mathematical translated to a new coach after 5 games?
